The food facility was great, with a variety of dishes and a tasty breakfast. The key location was perfect, with a sweet shop on the ground floor that offered a range of sweets to try. The staff was quite helpful which added to our enjoyable experience.

The bathroom was not as clean as shown in the photos, and the actual room did not match up with the pictures either. The budget room was too small and suffocating for a comfortable stay, which led the staff to try to up-sell to a suite, giving us a negative impression.

The location was good, with a nice view from the bedroom. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The manager, Kuldeep Bhomia, was brilliant and very accommodating.
